A Loan Signing Agent (LSA) is a Notary Public who has specialized training to handle the execution of real estate loan documents. While all loan signing agents are notaries, not all notaries are trained as loan signing agents.

 Yes, Stone Consultant Agency can provide witness services when arranged in advance. A witness fee will apply. 

Yes,  Georgia notarizations are legally recognized across state lines, as long as the notarization occurs while the notary is physically within Georgia. 

 To comply with Georgia law, all signers must present valid identification. Unfortunately, we cannot complete the notarization process without this documentation.  *SCREENSHOTS OF ANY IDENTIFCATION IS NOT ACCEPTED*
